Mindful Awareness Meditation

Thursdays, 12:30–1 PM PDT

Mindful Awareness Meditation will be ONLINE ONLY on May 1, May 8, & May 15. Free weekly drop-in sessions are open to all who are interested in learning how to live more presently.
