Eleven years ago Joseph Holtzman returned to painting after a hiatus of close to twenty-five years. This exhibition, which debuted at the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive in October 2014, includes paintings dating from 2006 to 2011 and marks the first public display of the artist’s work.
