Shirley Temple stars as Heidi in this beloved musical drama about a plucky orphan who is taken from her gruff grandfather to serve as a companion to a wealthy, sheltered, wheelchair-bound girl who is kept under the watchful eye of a strict nanny. (1937, dir. Allan Dwan, color, 88 min.)

The Family Flicks Film Series is copresented by the UCLA Film & Television Archive. Matinee screenings for families and film buffs, featuring new and classic films from around the world.
