Artist Heather Rasmussen: Perfect Likeness Tour

  • This is a past program
Artist Heather Rasmussen leads a walkthrough of the exhibition. Exhibition walkthroughs feature artists, scholars, and colleagues who lead tours of Hammer exhibitions, offering unique perspectives.

More tours of the Perfect Likeness exhibition include:

August 6: SFMOMA Curator Sandra Phillips

August 13: LACMA Curator Britt Salvesen

Heather Rasmussen’s work was recently featured in solo exhibitions at the California Museum of Photography in Riverside in 2015, and Angels Gates Cultural Center, Los Angeles in 2012. She will exhibit a new body of work at the Weingart Gallery at Occidental College in fall 2015 titled Sculptures, photographs and movement. Rasmussen earned her BA at the University of California, Irvine, and her MFA at the California Institute of the Arts.

All Hammer public programs are free and made possible by a major gift from the Dream Fund at UCLA.

Generous support is also provided by Susan Bay Nimoy and Leonard Nimoy, Good Works Foundation and Laura Donnelley, an anonymous donor, and all Hammer members.

The Hammer’s digital presentation of its public programs is made possible by the Billy and Audrey L. Wilder Foundation.
