826LA@Hammer: Chopping Beats & Writing Poems

Free collaborative workshops, presented with 826LA, combine writing with creative activities for groups of up to 20 students.

Recommended for ages 8–14.

Create and revise your own poetry inspired by the musical production styles of hip hop legends J Dilla, Missy Elliot, and Metro Boomin.
