Three light-skinned people with short brown hair are seen from chest up, wearing t-shirts. The person on the right is seen in side view and places a hand on the shoulder of the person in the middle, who faces the camera, wears glasses and looks downward with a slight smile. The person on the left is visible from the side, has a dark beard, and looks across to the person on the right.

ONLINE: Artists' Film International 2021

Sep 1–Sep 30, 2021 This is a past exhibition

Artists’ Film International is a collaborative project featuring film, video, and animation from around the world. Established by the Whitechapel Gallery in 2008, AFI includes 21 global partner organizations. Each organization selects an exciting recent work by an artist from their region which is shared amongst the network. The program is adapted to every venue and is shown over the course of a year. Each year, Artists' Film International’s program responds to a theme; this year’s theme is care.

Projects can be viewed online during September 2021. Click on an artist's name below to watch their film.
