Superfish: Salmon
Superfish: Salmon is a visually stunning documentary that takes audiences on a journey into the life of wild salmon. The film follows pioneering marine biologist and Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Rick Rosenthal as he embarks on a global journey to document the resilience, ecological necessity and existential threats facing wild salmon populations.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Jennifer Kemmerly, Vice President of Global Ocean Conservation at Monterey Bay Aquarium; Stephen Hohenrieder, CEO of Grounded Capital, investors in sustainable food systems; Curtis Knight, Executive Director of Cal Trout; Michael Cimarusti, Chef and co-owner of Michelin-starred Providence restaurant; and director Rick Rosenthal.
Make it dinner and a movie! Reserve a table at LULU prior to the film for a Superfish: Salmon-inspired $85 prix fixe menu before the screening. Reservations between 5–6:30PM include tickets to the 7:30PM screening.
