826LA@Hammer: Making Monster Manuals

Monsters are coming out from under the bed and hoping to become welcome members of our households! In this workshop, students create an illustrated manual for appropriate monster behavior. Led by Kim Adelman, an author of four nonfiction books and an experienced monster tamer.

Recommended for ages 8–14

Part of 826LA@Hammer. Free collaborative workshops, presented with 826LA, combine writing with creative activities for groups of up to 30 students. Reservations are encouraged. Visit or call 310-915-0200.
