826LA@Hammer: Party on the Moon!

  • This is a past program

We’re planning a party on the moon, and we need your help! Get ready to craft lunar-themed invitations, plan gravity-free activities, and create space-food menus for our intergalactic guests.

Recommended for ages 9 and up.

This workshop is led by Kim Adelman.

All public programs are free and made possible by a major gift from an anonymous donor.

Generous support is also provided by Susan Bay Nimoy and Leonard Nimoy, Good Works Foundation and Laura Donnelley, the Elizabeth Bixby Janeway Foundation, The Samuel Goldwyn Foundation, the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, an anonymous donor, and all Hammer members.

Digital presentation of Hammer public programs is made possible by The Billy and Audrey L. Wilder Foundation.

Hammer public programs are presented online in partnership with the #KeepThePromise campaign—a movement promoting social justice and human rights through the arts.
Academic Programs at the Hammer Museum are supported by The Hearst Foundations and The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation.

Hammer Kids is made possible through the generosity of the Anthony and Jeanne Pritzker Family Foundation, with additional funding from The Winnick Family Foundation. Hammer Kids also receives support from friends of the Hammer Museum's Kids' Art Museum Project (K.A.M.P.), an annual family fundraiser.
