Special Mindful Awareness Meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls

THURSDAY AUG 12, 2021, 12:30 PM PDT

In this special edition of our weekly online Mindful Awareness Meditation, session leader Diana Winston is joined by Michael and Jahna Perricone. While Winston leads a guided meditation, Michael will play the Tibetan singing bowls accompanied by Jahna’s ethereal vocal toning. Following the 30-minute session, Winston will discuss her new audio course, Glimpses of Being: A Training Course in Expanding Mindful Awareness, share from it, and answer questions.

Diana Winston is the director of mindfulness education at MARC, the author of The Little Book of Being: Practices and Guidance for Uncovering your Natural Awareness, and the co-author, with Susan Smalley, of Fully Present: The Science, Art, and Practice of Mindfulness.

Music and sound bath healers Michael and Jahna Perricone spread wellbeing and ease through playing a transformational blend of ancient Tibetan singing bowls (300–600 years old), mindfulness, song, and ethereal vocal toning.
