Automatic Renewal Program Terms + Conditions
By enrolling in the Hammer Museum’s Automatic Renewal Program, I agree that:
- My membership will automatically renew each year at the then-current rate for my membership level, and my credit card will be charged as a recurring annual transaction.
- Automatic renewal will continue unless I choose to opt out.
- I can cancel my Automatic Renewal anytime in the member portal.
- I will receive a renewal reminder 30-60 days before my annual renewal date at the email or mailing address on my account.
- If I need assistance, I may also opt out by contacting the Hammer Museum by phone at (310) 443-7050 or by email at membership@hammer.ucla.edu.
- Hammer Museum memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
The Museum reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership and/or deny admission for noncompliance with applicable rules and terms or for inappropriate conduct.
Purchasing or earning an annual membership does not entitle a member to renewal in a subsequent year. Memberships are not refundable and are intended for noncommercial use by individual members and cannot be transferred. Membership levels, benefits, and prices are subject to change without notice.
