Spring Reflections: Tea Meditation & Mindful Art Journaling for University Students

Whether you are feeling mid-year fatigue or energized by spring, come to the Hammer to reflect, relax, and refresh with an afternoon of meditation and mindful art journaling.

Designed for university students, the meditation will be led by Buddhist scholar and certified mindfulness facilitator Jingjing Zhu.
