Voice of the Invisible Man Group Discussion

Led by UCLA professor Adam Bradley, this intimate seminar takes a close look at the opening chapters of Ralph Ellison’s Invisible Man. Bradley will focus on how Ellison establishes the theme of invisibility and develops the voice of his nameless protagonist. Readings will be provided in advance, and participants will be encouraged to engage in active discussion moderated by Mona Simpson.
