Bloom

WEDNESDAY JUN 16, 2021 7:00 PM PDT

Celebrate Bloomsday with an online screening of the film Bloom. Stephen Rea, Angeline Ball, and Hugh O'Conor lead a strong cast, backed by a wonderful score, in this feature-length film adaptation of Joyce’s magnum opus, Ulysses. As in the groundbreaking novel, the film takes place entirely on June 16, 1904, and follows Leopold Bloom, who walks the streets of Dublin while his wife entertains a lover. Director Sean Walsh introduces the film.
