WEDNESDAY APR 15, 2020 12:30 PM PST

While the museum is temporarily closed, Lunchtime Art Talks take place online every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. The Hammer's curatorial department leads free, insightful, short discussions about works of art from the Hammer's collection.

This talk on Ralph Eugene Meatyard's Lucybelle Crater and her 15 year Old Son's Friend (1970–1971) is led by curatorial assistant Nicholas Barlow.

This live, online program will not be recorded. RSVP below to receive an email reminder with the link to join on the day of the program. This program is limited to 100 participants.

All public programs are free and made possible by a major gift from an anonymous donor.

Generous support is also provided by Susan Bay Nimoy and Leonard Nimoy, Good Works Foundation and Laura Donnelley, the Elizabeth Bixby Janeway Foundation, The Samuel Goldwyn Foundation, the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, an anonymous donor, and all Hammer members.
