The Flux Screening Series at the Hammer presents innovative short films, music videos, filmmaker retrospectives, and the most interesting visual work from around the globe. We kick off the new year with a program that includes the world premiere of Ben Mor's short film Os Gemeos, Ben and Joe Dempsey's stunning film Life, and Gia Coppola's video Blue Denim featuring Alexa Chung.

Special guests joining us for the evening: Academy Award nominated animator PES, directors Hiro Murai, Ben Mor, dancer-actor-musician-filmmaker Gabriel Valenciano who inspired Beyoncé’s latest video, 7/11, and Excyclopedia Pictura. The evening will also include new music videos for Flying Lotus, Panda Bear, Brodinski and more.

Filmmaker presentations and a courtyard after-party will follow the screening.
