Investigative journalist Joseph Menn’s new book, Cult of the Dead Cow, is the story of one of the oldest and most famous hacking groups of all time. The group released tools that forced corporate giants to work harder to protect consumers, and their actions continue to inspire the fight against surveillance and oppression. Menn is joined by filmmaker Brian Knappenberger, known for documentaries such as The Internet's Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz and We Are Legion: The Story of the Hacktivists.
