Flux
- This is a past program
The Flux Screening Series at the Hammer presents innovative short films, music videos, filmmaker retrospectives and the most interesting visual work from around the globe. We celebrate summer with a program that includes the world premiere of Brian Billow's short film Worst Paparazzi, the Los Angeles premiere of Primrose by Clara Aranovich, Colin Tilley's epic Kendrick Lamar video Alright and Michael Mohan's Pink Grapefruit, winner of the Jury Award at SXSW.
Special guests joining us for the evening: filmmakers Clara Aranovich, Brian Billow, Nathan Johnson, Carlos Lopez Estrada, Michael Mohan, and Colin Tilley. The evening will also include new music videos for Hot Chip, Son Lux, Tyler the Creator and more. Filmmaker presentations and a courtyard after-party with DJ Marlon Fuentes will follow the screening.
