Please join us to celebrate the opening of our winter exhibitions.
Allen Ruppersberg: Intellectual Property 1968–2018 is the first comprehensive US survey of this influential Los Angeles-based artist in over 30 years. Dirty Protest highlights recent acquisitions and works from the Hammer Contemporary Collection that have never before been on view, including works by Njideka Akunyili Crosby, Noah Davis, Christina Forrer, Mike Kelley, Ibrahim Mahama, Rodney McMillian, Mika Tajima, Torey Thornton, and Alexander Tovborg.
Be among the first to see the exhibitions while you enjoy music by DJ Nubar and DJ ShyBoy from MaDonna Summer and Bootie LA/SF. Cash bars serve beer, wine, and specialty cocktails all night, with the food truck The Original Grilled Cheese Truck outside on Lindbrook Drive.
This event is free and open to the public. Entry is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVP does not guarantee admission if event reaches capacity.

Parking Details
Limited parking available the museum, $6 cash only. Additional event parking is available at 11020 Kinross Ave with a flat rate of $5 payable by credit card/cash at the Pay Station or pay by cell phone through the Park Mobile App. We encourage visitors to consider biking, public transportation, or ride-sharing.
