  • Location: Billy Wilder Theater and South Courtyard
  • Description: Host a screening or meeting/seminar and a reception for up to 295

  • Location: Courtyard and Lindbrook Terrace/Gallery Promenades
  • Description: Host a dinner for up to 480 or a reception for up to 1200

  • Description: Access to all or any combination of event spaces above for an event up to 1,200
  • Additional Benefits
    • All Museum spaces including the galleries open during the first two hours of the event

GALLERY ACCESS

An added benefit to your special event is the opportunity for access to the Museum's galleries, which feature temporary exhibitions of cutting-edge contemporary art and historic works on paper as well as works on permanent display by French nineteenth-century masters, European old master paintings, and work by American artists from the eighteenth to twentieth centuries. At the Ambassador level, all galleries are open for the first two hours of the event at no extra charge. Other partnership levels require an additional fee.
