Films by Camille Billops
Noted artist Camille Billops worked for many years in sculpture and printmaking before turning to the medium of film. Join us for a rare opportunity to view her breakthrough 1991 film Finding Christa (55 min.), a Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize Winner, preceded by the short film Suzanne, Suzanne (1982, 25 min.). A discussion with Camille Billops will follow the screening.
ALL HAMMER PUBLIC PROGRAMS ARE FREE. Tickets are required, and are available at the Billy Wilder Theater Box Office one hour prior to start time. Limit one ticket per person on a first come, first served basis. Hammer members receive priority seating, subject to availability. Reservations not accepted, RSVPs not required.
Parking is available under the museum for $3 after 6:00pm.
