Retired Pakistan Army Brigadier General Feroz Hassan Khan is currently on the faculty of th e Department of National Security Affairs\, Naval Postgraduate School in M onterey. Before teaching in the U.S.\, \;Khan represented Pakistan in diplomatic nuclear arms control negotiations.
