 attention\, boost the immune system\, reduce emotional reactivity\, and pr
 omote a general sense of health and well-being.\n\n\n\nThe free weekly dro
 p-in sessions take place in the comfortable seats of the Billy Wilder Thea
 ter and are open to all who are interested in learning how to live more pr
 esently in life. No special clothing is required\, and participants are we
 lcome to stay for 5 minutes or enjoy the entire 30-minute session.\n\n\n\n
