BECOME A HAMMER AMBASSADOR
Are you passionate about the arts, enjoy sharing that passion with others, and want to get more involved? Consider joining our Visitor Services team as a Hammer Museum Ambassador! Ambassadors play a vital role in providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the Museum.
Ambassadors help with a variety of responsibilities around the museum, including:
• Welcoming and orienting visitors during general museum hours and at special events
• Assisting with the setup and run of our free public programs
• Gathering feedback about the visitor experience
• Facilitating projects for various departments within the Museum
Ambassadors volunteer approximately 4 hours per week. For your commitment, you will receive free admission to the museum for you and your guests, complimentary parking, discounts at the museum store and café, and invitations to special events.
To join our team, please complete our Volunteer Application with your current availabilities, and email it along with a current resume to email@example.com with “Visitor Services Volunteer” in the subject line.
