LA Opera's Young Artist Celebration
LA Opera's Young Artist Celebration
With their extensive series of community recitals, 25 Recitals for 25 Seasons, the LA Opera presents a city-wide musical “thank you” to Los Angeles in celebration of the quarter-century since the LA Opera’s first season. The concert will include favorite arias from beloved operas, performed by gifted emerging musicians from the Domingo-Thornton Young Artist Program. Overseen by Plácido Domingo, the Program is a two- to three-year paid residency for singers and pianists of exceptional talent.
ALL HAMMER PUBLIC PROGRAMS ARE FREE. Tickets are required, and are available at the Billy Wilder Theater Box Office one hour prior to start time. Limit one ticket per person on a first come, first served basis. Hammer members receive priority seating, subject to availability. Reservations not accepted, RSVPs not required.
Parking is available under the museum for $3 after 6:00pm.
Public programs are made possible by Bronya and Andrew Galef, Good Works Foundation and Laura Donnelley, and an anonymous donor.
