UCLA Department of Art Lectures: Jim Drain
Miami-based artist Jim Drain has had recent solo exhibitions at the University of Florida; Locust Projects, Miami; and the Blanton Museum of Art, University of Texas, Austin. His has participated in group exhibitions at the Geffen Contemporary, MOCA, Los Angeles; the Fabric Workshop and Museum, Philadelphia; Serpentine Gallery, London; Depart Foundation, Rome; the 7th Bienniale d’Art Contemporain de Lyon; and the Whitney Biennial (2002). He will have a solo exhibition this fall in Los Angeles at Prism Gallery.
ALL HAMMER PUBLIC PROGRAMS ARE FREE. Hammer members receive priority seating, subject to availability. Reservations not accepted, RSVPs not required.
Parking is available under the museum for $3 after 6:00pm.
